Nashville’s growth and opportunities have attracted new residents from all over the nation and the world. As Nashville grows it also becomes more diverse and now more than ever, organizations must improve their efforts to be more inclusive and welcoming.

Nashville’s growing young professional community is no exception. Conexión Next was started by Conexión Américas, a local non-profit organization committed to building a welcoming community. Conexión Next creates professional development and networking opportunities for emerging leaders in our city. We are committed to ensuring Conexión Next is truly representative of Nashville’s diversity and that everyone has a seat at the table.

Conexion Next creates opportunities for young professionals of all backgrounds and industries to develop leadership skills, implement their own initiatives, and participate in networking and culturally rich events. Thanks to our sponsors and members we are one of the fastest growing YP Networks, providing value to our members and reducing barriers to getting involved as a young professional in Nashville.
